Qualifications: The household income must be at least 3 times the rental amount. We do a credit check and the cost is $45 per adult over 18. To qualify you need good job stability and good rental. Normally you will be turned down if you have prior bad rental or evictions or felonies in the last 5 years. To pay for the application, you can call the office during work hours and use a credit card, or get money orders and drop off at the office. If you apply online, you can pay online as well which is easiest.
